Oink Inc Smokehouse: I started Oink, Inc Smokehouse and Catering in 2020. I wanted to own a food truck for years, and the pandemic gave me the perfect reason. With our community and country nearly shut down, I bought a food trailer and a small smoker, and we started selling BBQ from our truck throughout all of 2020. 

Fellow chefs and I used to compete in BBQ contests years ago, and now was the time to bring that same passion and creativity back to my community.  I think of it as Southern smokehouse comfort with a twist. My award-winning sauces add complex flavors to every dish I serve. Our meals and service, whether at the food truck, restaurant, or catered event, will elevate your next BBQ experience. Fast forward to today, and we have expanded with a 30' food truck, two more smokers, and a restaurant.

 

Carodella’s Catering: Carodella’s is the name I chose to honor my grandmothers, Caroline and Ardella. They greatly influenced my love of cooking at an early age. They were fantastic cooks, and I always enjoyed watching, learning, and tasting. 

I bring that same passion and love of food to all dishes we prepare. Like our sister company, Oink Inc Smokehouse, Carodella’s dishes are Chef inspired.
